1. Do I need previous experience with ServiceNow?
No, you don’t.
The Academy is designed for people who are new to ServiceNow. We’ll teach you the essentials from the ground up — all you need is a solid technical foundation and the motivation to learn.

2. Is this a paid internship?
No — it’s a full-time employment program.
You’re hired from Day 1 with a full employment contract and receive all the benefits our regular team members have. This is not an internship or temporary position.

3. What happens after the 3-month training?
If you successfully complete the Academy, you’ll continue as a Junior ServiceNow Technical Consultant at Inetum and begin working on real client projects with ongoing mentorship and support.

4. What is the working format during the training?
The program is conducted in a hybrid format, with some sessions held onsite in Sofia and others remotely. After the Academy, we support flexible working based on your team and project needs.

5. What language is the Academy conducted in?
The entire program is delivered in English.

6. Will I receive a certificate after completing the Academy?
Yes. Upon successful completion, you will receive an internal completion certificate and will be encouraged to pursue official ServiceNow certifications as part of your growth path at Inetum.

7. I’m not based in Sofia. Can I still apply?
Yes — as long as you are able to relocate temporarily during key parts of the training (if required) and work on-site when needed. After onboarding, remote work is often possible.

His background includes senior technical and leadership roles such as Solution Architect, DevOps lead, and Master-level Technical Consultant.

Omar Ait Rahho

ServiceNow Consulting Manager

Digital transformation expert with over 15 years’ experience in IT transformation, design, development and implementation of service-management solutions, leveraging deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture and ITSM/CSM custom-app delivery built on a decade of earlier work with ServiceNow and other technologies.
